Your evening begins…
Your special Maui Luau evening begins as you are greeted with an Aloha Shell Lei before being seated at your pre-reserved seats. Soon after getting seated your waiters will be coming by to bring you a beverage of choice. They will have Mai Tais, Blue Hawaiians and Tropical Fruit Juices and will be happy to take your special orders. You’ll have the opportunity to visit with local artists and witness a traditional Hawaiian Imu Ceremony and the unveiling of the Kalua Pua’a, cooked in the imu (pit) for over nine hours, making it a very tender and exquisite dish for those who enjoy pork.
